Yum! Barbara sent over a sweet surprise… coffee candy, chocolate, and cute little bears of some sort. I haven’t tried the bears yet, but the Hopjes are super :)
Thank you for all of the kind words about my turning 40 anxiety. I’m feeling better about it today; I guess I just needed to whine for a minute.
Here’s a picture of my parents’ cat, Moses, just because he’s cute and happy:

The honey bears are a Dutch treat. I don’t care for the taste, but thought I’d share a bit of Holland with you. They’re very popular here with the Dutch people!
I hope that 40 is looking less weird to you. Should I have continued looking for cavier? ;)

You know, you really don’t have to rub it in. That you’re younger than me, I mean! LOL I’ve got 42 creeping up on me in a few weeks! You make me feel old!

Those cliffs remind me of the ones here in Nashville, TN. I saw your MG pincushion on Tanya’s site and checked out your blog. I love how you write. :o) Lovely pincushion too. I especially love how you added the needles – so cute!
